~The smallest spider is a mygalomorph spider from Borneo. Its body is the size of a pinhead.

~The Goliath birdeater tarantula can be as big as a dinner plate and has been known to snatch birds from their nests.

~Scorpions kill over a thousand people a year in Mexico.

~Some scorpions can live a year without food or water.

~There are over 1500 species of scorpion but only 25 can kill people.
