Is there anyway to tell if...

I beleive my Female Ball Python is pregnant, Im wondering if there is anyway to tell for sure or do I just wait to see if she lays eggs?

if she'd let you, you can try and feel her belly for any lumps, also she will seem abnormally large and sometimes you will even be able to make out the silouettes of the eggs.
